The Finance Leader's Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary Finance Leader for the organization, overseeing all financial operations and reporting.
• Lead and mentor finance teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to integrate financial systems and optimize processes.
• Drive ERP system implementation and enhancements to support business growth.
• Utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to align financial strategies with operational objectives.
• Act as a strategic Finance Leader in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.

Required Qualifications of the new Finance Leader :

Location : 100% on-site

Compensation : $160,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
