As the Equipment Coordinator you will provide general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. This person demonstrates and intermediate understanding of the business service area, clients, key terms and service offerings. Schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between the equipment service organization to expedite repairs. Distributes work orders to departments denoting number, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced. Confers with managers to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods.
Responsibilities
- Communicate to the field about what equipment was processed.
- Logging all work daily to put on excel spreadsheet to communicate to the field and upper management what was processed for the week on all equipment pulled out of the DC’s or ordered from Vendors for Customer
- Accounts that are New, Penetrations, Replacements, Additions, Cash Sales, and 5160 EMG. Also, communicates the same on Pending ERF’s.
- Work with the field and communicate to Good West Vendor on ordering, machines and shipping to branches or pick ups.
- Processing all ERF’s in a timely manner, within 48 hours.
- Follow up with all pending ERF’s until equipment has been located or if approved to order from vendor. Submit orders to Purchasing Department.
- Knowledge of equipment lines that Farmer Brothers offer to customers.
- Follow up with questions from the field on tracking equipment.
- Process branch stock requests of equipment and expendables.
- Knowledge of Branch DC relation for processing receiving in timely manner.
