• Property Coordinators (with whom you will coordinate)
• Outside Vendors (with whom you will coordinate and which you will use on occasion)

Qualifications

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Subcontractor activity logs

Consolidated maintenance activity reports from routine move-out and site inspections and Service Requests.

Project equipment inventoryschedule

As-built plans specificationsand warranty information for each property

Common area maintenance records.

Catalogs open account records and price information on common vendors

All subcontractors certificates of insurance

Supplier and vendor order logs
