Position Summary : The Senior Pharmacy Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and innovation within our retail pharmacy and outpatient infusion pharmacy services. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation skills and a proven record in business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities :

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Forging strategic partnerships
• Expanding market presence
• Overseeing the execution of business development initiatives
• Tracking performance metrics
• Delivering various reports for use in operational review and strategic development
• Working closely with Ambulatory Pharmacy Services business line leaders
• Leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Collaborating with internal teams, including physician groups, marketing, and operations to align business strategies
