Key Responsibilities

Lead the Capital function, ensuring effective deployment and management of lending capital

Design and execute credit risk and collection policies, overseeing underwriting and collections teams

Establish operational foundations for a high-performing lending institution and manage stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

8-12 years in lending, structured finance, or credit management roles

Proven leadership experience at principal or head-of-credit level in high-growth environments

Expertise in credit risk management, collections strategy, and capital deployment

Experience in designing and scaling lending operations and implementing OKRs

Strong background in team building and stakeholder engagement
