About F45 Training

F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in high-intensity functional training programs. Our mission is to deliver safe effective and engaging workouts while fostering a supportive and motivating environment for both members and staff.

Our F45 family is looking for an energetic knowledgeable and charismatic assistant coach to co-coach with our lead trainers. F45 coaches and trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an assistant coach you join the team of full-time and part-time trainers & coaches run group training sessions small group personal & 1 : 1 training session.
