We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our Content & Creation Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Team to deliver high-quality visual assets for web, email, and digital campaigns, while also producing a wide range of print-ready marketing collateral, trade show materials, and brand-aligned assets.
This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing digital and print design and wants to see their work directly impact both online engagement and in-person brand experiences. Beyond design skills, this role requires an understanding of marketing objectives, audience engagement, and staying current with design and social media trends to ensure creative outputs drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to design web graphics, email visuals, and digital campaign assets.
- Create a wide range of printable materials, including brochures, flyers, product sheets, and trade show displays.
- Develop social media graphics, video content, presentation visuals, and internal communication assets that align with campaign goals.
- Support video editing and motion graphics needs for social campaigns, product features, and event coverage.
- Ensure all creative deliverables are brand-consistent across digital, print, and social channels.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs.
- Stay up to date on current design, marketing, and social media trends to keep creative outputs fresh and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Requirements :
Strong ability to design for both digital and print, with an understanding of production requirements for each.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools; video editing software experience is highly desirable.Experience preparing print-ready files and coordinating with vendors as needed.Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and layout skills.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Collaborative, flexible, and eager to support both digital execution and content-driven initiatives.Working knowledge of marketing best practices and ability to align design choices with campaign goals.Familiarity with designing and producing content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred, but not required).2–3 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital and print projects.Familiarity with branding and visual identity systems, with the ability to maintain consistency across all outputs.Experience working in a marketing or creative team environment is a plus.Experience supporting social media content creation and / or video production is strongly preferred.Why Join Us?
