Product Pulse is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Development Manager to lead our engineering team through its next stage of growth.

DEEP DIVE INTO THIS ROLE

As our Development Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers working across our platform and products. You'll ensure your team delivers high-quality code efficiently and is aligned with business goals. This role is equal parts technical leadership, team development, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, and performance development.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects in collaboration with product managers and designers.

Drive best practices in engineering, including code quality, testing, CI / CD, and documentation.

Collaborate with leadership to define technical strategy and contribute to architectural decisions.

Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages learning and ownership.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets the following requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

Strong understanding of modern development frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in agile development environments.
