Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging hands-on instruction in HVAC systems maintenance troubleshooting and safety practices.
• Teach both classroom and lab-based courses following an established curriculum.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and student performance.
• Support a diverse student population with varying levels of academic and technical experience.
• Stay current with evolving HVAC technology and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success and program excellence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills :

Qualifications : Associate degree in HVAC Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field OR significant industry experience with professional certifications is required. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential commercial or industrial settings is required. EPA Section 608 Certification REQUIRED Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
