Position Summary :
The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, leading business-critical analyses and supporting initiatives across supply chain, finance, and operations. This hands-on role plays a vital part in driving growth and profitability in the pet treat division, with a focus on pricing strategies, customer profitability, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed financial and customer profitability analyses to guide strategic decisions
- Partner with the Head of the Pet Business to develop and execute pricing and promotional plans
- Support supply chain optimization and procurement strategy for improved margins
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on special projects and growth initiatives
- Lead and support accounting and administrative teams as needed
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
