RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a premier North American insurance intermediary (Man­aging General Agency (MGA) and Independent Marketing Organization (IMO)) that is seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Compliance Administrator for their US operations.

As Compliance Administrator, you would be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring processes that reduce risk and ensure adherence to regulatory standards across the organization. You would help develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, collaborate with regulators to keep company policies current, and prepare compliance documentation and communications. Additionally, you would support the delivery of required training for agents and head office staff, while applying company and state policies to a variety of operational scenarios.

Key job duties, among others :

• Risk & Compliance Oversight – Plan, implement, and monitor processes to mitigate risk while ensuring adherence to company policies and state regulations.
• Program & Policy Management – Support the development and execution of the company's compliance program, maintain up-to-date policies through regulator coordination, and draft compliance documentation and communications.
• Training & Enforcement – Organize and assist with mandatory training for staff and agents, and investigate situations to ensure proper application of compliance standards.
