Senior Java Backend Developer

Participate in software development processes including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, developing applications based on business specifications and supporting existing Index applications. Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot issues, build applications using object-oriented concepts and design patterns, and integrate in-house applications with vendor software. Set up development environments, check-in code changes, perform unit testing, and interface with MongoDB for report building. Interact effectively with customers, business users, and IT staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, 8+ years of IT experience, strong skills in Core Java, Spring, SPARK, Rest APIs, AWS, and NoSQL DB (MongoDB), and hands-on experience with J2EE, JMS, and EJBs.
