job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCareer Opportunities Compensation and Benefits Culture and Values Senior Leadership Diversity Responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and structure Maintain exterior image which includes cleaning of the driveways, curbs, gutters, windows, clay court, river rock, etc. Maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas, including clearing brush and maintaining fence lines Responsible for safe and efficient use of heavy and light equipment, machinery and hand tools including bobcat, tractors, trailers, sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment, pressure washers, etc. Auto detailing Fence and building maintenance General maintenance and improvement projects as assigned. Warm, friendly and service-oriented philosophy Comfortable working on ranches High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change Organized and detail-oriented Previous grounds or custodial maintenance experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in case of an emergency Must be able to pass a background check Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
