Job Title : CNC Machinist

Location : Fairview, Oregon

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 4 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 AM (Swing Shift)

Training : Initial training on day shift (duration varies)

Compensation : $25 – $30 / hr DOE + $1.21 / hr swing shift differential

Bonus : Monthly bonus opportunity, budgeted at 20%

Position Summary

We are currently hiring a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Portland Plant team. This role is responsible for machining operations to meet daily production requirements and support continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing quality work the first time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including horizontal mills, to meet production goals
• Prove out and edit new programs; make necessary changes for quality and efficiency
• Inspect parts using calipers, fixed gauges, and visual methods
• Recommend improvements to tooling, setups, and processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of program changes and suggestions
• Safely load / unload materials and use overhead cranes, forklifts, and lifting devices
• Perform daily routine maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
