Shift-Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an innovative and solutions-oriented engineering analytics leader to join the team responsible for data & analytics support of the Nike NA Supply Chain network of distribution centers.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will lead coach and develop an exceptional team of engineering talent to their full potential to explore technologies design develop and implement solutions of physical distribution and fulfillment centers under a structured analytical process.

The successful candidate will have an established background leading & working in highly cross-functional teams with capability to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of various analytical tools technical problem-solving ability excellent project management skills and an internal motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

• Leverage data and information to improve visibility to supply chain distribution center capacity and health metrics
• Provide data that supports cost / benefit analyses and craft compelling arguments for capital investment to specific DC design requirements and drive cross-functional alignment with senior leadership
• Lead the execution of a standardized operating model to ensure consistent timely business deliverables
• Support NA Supply Chian Engineering with various capital project analytics modeling & data mining used to develop RFP (Request for Proposal) scope of work and functional specifications leading to AR (Appropriation Request) approvals
• Collaborate with internal business partners to support various strategic initiatives across NA Supply Chain
• Manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously while effectively influencing negotiating and communicating with internal and external business partners contractors and vendors
• Make data driven recommendations & decisions
• Responsible for team recruiting hiring mentoring and development
