Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM

Travel nursing assignment

Patient ratios range from 1 : 1, 1 : 2, 1 : 3, to 1 : 4 (rare)

Work with specialized equipment including HFOV, central lines, conventional vents, CPAP, NIPPV, and ostomy care

Use CPN and Meditech electronic medical record systems

Level II-III NICU experience required (candidates without this experience will not be considered)

Level III-IV experience preferred

Perform typical procedures including surgery (except heads / hearts), respiratory support, and micropremie care

Required certifications : BLS and NRP

May float to nursery when needed

Must work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

No on-call responsibilities

Royal blue scrubs required

Must be teamwork oriented

Work alongside 1 charge nurse and 9+ RNs per shift

This healthcare facility features a 41-bed Level II-III NICU located on the 2nd floor of Building A. The unit maintains a staff of approximately 60 healthcare professionals and provides comprehensive neonatal intensive care services. The facility specializes in caring for premature infants and critically ill newborns, offering advanced respiratory support, surgical services, and specialized micropremie care in a state-of-the-art environment.
