job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Minimum 1-3 years of HVAC installation, operation, maintenance, and repair experience Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or related technical field Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, torches, and related equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Capability to climb and work safely from ladders Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment Full-time position : 40+ hours per week Primary schedule : Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts Weekend availability required as needed Occasional evening work may be required On-call rotation participation $2000 / month base salary + commissions from both HVAC and Water divisions with earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually Performance-based incentives and bonuses Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Life Insurance Continuous professional development and advancement opportunities Company vehicle and equipment provided Technical support from experienced management team Successful completion of background check Drug screening as required by company policy Verification of work authorization in the United States

This position involves providing comprehensive HVAC sales solutions and water solutions to residential and light commercial customers throughout South Florida.
Essential Job Functions
- Present HVAC system solutions and water solutions
- Learn how to test a client's water quality to cross-sell them
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt follow-up
- Perform field duties with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards and safety protocols
