What You’ll Do :

Prepare detailed cost estimates for asphalt paving and sitework projects

Review plans, specs, and takeoffs with precision and strategy

Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs

Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors

Track bid performance and identify opportunities to improve margins and win rates

What You Bring :

3+ years of experience estimating asphalt or civil construction projects

Strong understanding of materials, production rates, and field operations

Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools

Excellent communication and attention to detail
