Starting Salary : $ 28.00 an hour

Requirements (Education Experience Licensure Certification) :

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
• 3 years experience in building maintenance with demonstrated ability to perform job description.
• Possession of a valid Ohio Operators Permit.

Job Duties (Summary) :

Positions Supervised

Maintenance Department and all maintenance workers and associated residents.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Working Conditions

Correctional facility setting and outdoor premises.

Physical Demands

Ability to perform moderate to heavy labor. Ability to transfer up to 50 pounds.

Communications

Conveys and receives information in person over the telephone and on a portable handheld radio.
