We are growing and seeking to add a full-time RN Educator & Infection Control team member to our fabulous team of health care professionals here at Care Resources!

As the RN Educator & Infection Control, you will :

• Be responsible for the infection control program
• Manage the clinical training and educational needs of the organization
• Develop and monitor clinical quality metrics
• Schedule : onsite Monday - Friday day shift position; NO ON CALL REQUIREMENT

ABOUT CARE RESOURCES :

Care Resources operates the PACE program (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) which is located in our wonderful facility at 4150 Kalamazoo Avenue SE in Grand Rapids. Care Resources provides and coordinates all medical care and social services to eligible participants. We provide all physician and nursing care, prescription drugs, durable medical equipment, dental, eye and foot care, hospital care, medical transportation, home care, emergency, rehab, social and recreational activities at the Day Center. In order to be eligible for the PACE program, seniors must be 55 and older, a Kent County resident, able to live safely at home and meet the nursing facility level of care.
