Bilingual Technical Writer
Job Description
The objective of this role is to enhance quality within production to meet customer needs and expectations. The Bilingual Technical Writer will focus on continuous improvement through the translation of technical controlled documentation from English to Spanish. This effort supports the establishment of understandable records, procedures, and policies for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Translate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), master batch records, controlled documentation, and policies from English to Spanish.
- Operate independently to resolve key issues and plan work effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to address controlled documents, ensuring their usability across various teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety, and environmental regulations through accurate translation.
- Participate in meetings with operations and quality unit personnel to understand manufacturing process workflows and ensure the integrity of controlled records is maintained through translation.
Essential Skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish.Experience in scientific technical writing.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
