How will you make an impact in this role? As the Product Manager for User Enablement, you will serve as the bridge between product development and our end users, ensuring that every product launch is both technically sound and meaningful to customers. You will own the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, managing user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating launch readiness, and driving continuous improvement through data-informed feedback loops.

Working alongside Strategy and Product Development, you will :

• Champion customer empathy through user research, feedback collection, and engagement.
• Develop and execute UAT plans that ensure product readiness and a smooth launch experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations to translate product intent into measurable customer outcomes.
• Define and monitor launch success metrics and lead post-launch evaluations.
• Own the creation of enablement materials, including documentation, release notes, and dashboards that keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Serve as the connection point in the feedback loop, bringing actionable insights from users back into strategy and development for continuous improvement.
