What you will do

As an Associate Manager, FP&A, you will be part of the Finance team for the Private Credit platform business of PGIM. In this role, you be supporting senior leadership and other key stakeholders in analyzing, evaluating, and reporting the financial performance of the business. This position is based in our office Newark, NJ. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and / from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.

What you can expect :

• Participate in the preparation of multi-year forecasts of revenues, expenses and assets under management.
• Collaborate with the business and other key stakeholders on analysis of data and development of forecast assumptions.
• Analyze and prepare commentary around trends and drivers of actual and forecasted data.
• Support the creation of presentations and other reporting used to communicate the financial results of the business to senior management.
• Support development of dashboards to enhance financial reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis requested by business partners and senior management.

The salary range for this role is from $100,000-$115,000 Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and / or benefits.
