Mechanical Engineer

Role : Mechanical Engineer

Location : Irwindale, CA

Duration : 6 Months

Job Description :

• Should have worked offshore and experienced working with Offshore teams from Onsite
• At least 3 to 5 years of Onsite experience
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Worked on projects for Manufacturing / Industrial companies
• Very good understanding of Electronics enclosure designs , connectors, PCB assembly, product Assembly / joining methods, components selections etc.
• Independently designs Mechanical components considering manufacturability, assembly, Reliability
• Excellent understanding of Manufacturing methodologies, prototyping methods, design verification methods, VAVE, Mold design etc.
• Excellent understanding of Mechanical enclosure requirements for environmental tests and regulatory certification standards.
• Expert in using at least CAD tools like Solidworks
• Closely work with Cross functional teams such as Hardware, Firmware, Software, PCB Layout Engineers etc during design, development and testing phases of the product.
