Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounts payable and receivable tasks (invoicing not required)

Reconcile daily cash activity and monitor payment activity

Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Desktop (Pro or Enterprise)

Assist with internal reports and manage supporting spreadsheets

Support inventory tracking and monthly close activities

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent hands-on experience

Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting support roles

Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
