Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading daily weekly and monthly tasks associated with repair upkeep and cleaning of the overall property and individual residential units. Maintenance staff are expected to maintain BRIDGE Property Management Companys high standards in order to constantly present the property in outstanding condition and to provide residents with a safe secure and well-maintained living environment. This position includes on-call responsibilities for occasions requiring presence on property outside of the traditional work schedule.
