Strategic Sourcing Manager

Summary of Job Description :

The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for the strategic sourcing strategy related to the products within its assigned category. This position develops and executes the selection and evaluation of suppliers, and negotiates for assigned PRG product categories This position ensures that the suppliers selected fit Panda’s culture and philosophy, have the necessary capacity, and provide the items at the best price and the specified quality.

Support technology and infrastructure procurement for new stores, including :

• Network Equipment : Fortinet firewalls / switches, Cisco APs, patch panels, PDUs, racks, phone systems.
• Security Systems : Bulk security camera sourcing (12–30 per store).
• Restaurant Tech : Experience with SaaS / startups, boutique developers, IoT, computer vision, and edge computing devices.
