Sonepar USA is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager, Electrical Contracting and Construction, to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth within targeted accounts by implementing effective account management strategies. This role involves leveraging the full breadth of Sonepar's offerings to deliver comprehensive solutions to assigned accounts. You will work closely with the extended Sonepar organization to develop, coordinate, and execute strategic account plans that encompass all Sonepar's enterprise capabilities.

This is a virtually based opportunity, with the successful candidate conveniently located near a major international airport.

What You Will Do : Delivering Results :

• Grow the electrical contracting and construction business. Build and sustain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and continuously improve operational effectiveness for existing accounts.
• Prospect and acquire new accounts.
• Utilize sophisticated sales acumen, including executive leadership selling, high-level negotiating, strategic planning, and proactive problem-solving.
• Implement and manage a robust sales process, ensuring best practices are followed to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in closing deals.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the electrical contracting industry.
• Provide information on current and future pursuits and pipeline across the assigned account.
• Forecast and track growth against the account plan and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Support the overall Service strategy and contribute to the development of value propositions and marketing collateral.
