Position Overview Assembled Product (AP) Inventory Specialists are responsible for processing finished products from the Production Department and transferring them—both physically and systematically—into the Business-to-Consumer (BC) Fulfillment Department. This role includes conducting quality assurance checks to identify defects, overages, and shortages, as well as managing inventory through systematic put away and receiving processes within the BC warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Fulfillment Department is responsible for receiving completed products, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Essential Functions Read and interpret Production Orders accurately Navigate and perform standard functions in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Identify blemishes and quality issues in screen-printed designs Follow detailed hand-folding instructions for apparel and other products Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in warehousing or order fulfillment preferred Experience in a teaching, training, or mentorship role is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely Self-motivated and capable of working independently Open to receiving and giving professional feedback Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Repetitive shoulder and arm movements required for manual folding Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
