• Minimum 3 years of recent CV surgery experience
• On and off pump CABG experience

Description :

The unit has 11 operating rooms and a cystoscopy room.

There are 31 staff members in total.

Day Shift includes 1 Director, 1 Charge Nurse, multiple Circulators, Surgical Techs, 3 Nurse Techs, 1 Anesthesia Tech, and 1 Unit Clerk.

There is no overnight shift.

The patient ratio is 1 : 1.

The unit utilizes an EMR system called Meditech.

Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role.

Candidates with additional CV OR and vascular surgery experience are preferred.

Typical procedures performed include Off Pump CABG, On Pump CABG, and Vascular Bypass.

A hard-working team player is the best personality fit for this position.

Call requirements are Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 7 AM.

Currently, one RN covers the call, with plans to switch to every other day and weekend as staffing increases.
