Overall responsibility for maintaining and documenting Cybersecurity Projects documentation and progress
Work closely with Management and the Engineering team, obtaining project-related documentation and timelines affecting current and Future project status
Review, evaluate, update, and maintain project(s) timelines and milestones, as well as any other project-related critical information, using MS Project / Excel
Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that data is accurate
Keep Track of Manpower allocation and availability
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with various levels of leadership
Prepare and present multiple project-related data & schedules using MS PowerPoint & MS Project
Maintain project-relevant documentation and materials
Work with GM Purchasing to capture regional pricing agreements and provide results to the Global Common Component List (GCCL) Lead Engineer
Maintain these agreements when required
Manage / Create Purchase Orders within SAP / Ariba
Develop a new process to request additions to the GCCL
REQUIRED SKILLS
Min 5 years Supporting project management of Manufacturing or IT equipment installation projects
Min 5 years Scheduling and documenting Project information using MS Project and Excel
Create Presentations using MS PowerPoint
Must work on-site at Warren Tech Center a minimum of three times per week, in some cases, additional attendance may be required
General knowledge of Manufacturing Automation or Manufacturing IT Systems and technology
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Project
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate and present effectively to various levels of leadership and management
