Tax Manager - EMEA Tax Operations

We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Tax Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland or Boston, USA, to support our EMEA Tax Lead.

This is a truly unique opportunity to work on global transactions, global tax accounting and compliance, planning opportunities, and controversy issues throughout EMEA that drive significant value. You'll be joining a highly skilled team working with senior operational and functional leadership around the world. Please note, this is a fully onsite in office based position.

Your Role :

• Review of foreign entity tax provision submissions and serve as a resource for local market tax provision questions
• Assisting with the return-to-provision reconciliation analysis in coordination with local market tax teams
• Responsible for the EMEA compliance cycle which is outsourced to a service provider
• Draft internal memos, analysis, and financial models.
• Translating data from a range of sources into insights and deliverables.
• Building effective long-term relationships with our business teams and external advisors.
• Communicating complex tax issues to our business teams, tax auditors, and courts.
• Interest in the technology automotive industry is a plus.
