Staffing Coordinator - Nursing Resource Center

Work Schedule :

This is a part time, 0.6 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled 4, 8 and 12 hours between the hours of 3 : 00 PM -7 : 30 AM. You will also work 2 : 6 weekend. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to :

• Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization.
• Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs.
• Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.
