Accounts Payable Specialist

PGS Worldwide is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a one-year contract-to-hire position in Irving, TX . This hybrid role requires on-site presence 2 days per week and will support accounts payable functions using SAP S / 4 HANA, OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, and Microsoft Office tools . The successful candidate will process PO-related invoices, support month-end requirements, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience
• Hands-on SAP experience
• Accounts payable and customer service background
• Intermediate Excel skills, with proficiency in Word and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
