Credit Risk Management Intern
Tacoma Power's Rates, Planning and Analysis division is looking for a Credit Risk Management Intern to join their team for a one year internship! The Intern will have the opportunity to apply their skills and gain valuable experience by supporting the Energy Risk Management (ERM) team on a variety of credit risk related projects, including creditworthiness assessments of wholesale energy trading partners, collateral management, and counterparty monitoring. They will also have opportunities to shadow other ERM functions and contribute to projects involving industry research and analysis. By working closely with both ERM and Tacoma Power's wholesale trading team, the intern will gain broad exposure to the mechanics of wholesale energy trading and risk management. This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), with flexibility to accommodate reduced hours for current students.
Minimum education : High School Diploma or GED
Minimum experience : 1 year of post-high school training
