Key Responsibilities Professionally handle a high volume of back-to-back incoming calls Greet callers, provide and request necessary information, transfer calls, or take messages Utilize call processing systems and tools to prioritize customer needs effectively Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Dedicated home office with no distractions and a quiet setting Strong command of the English language, with excellent spelling and grammar Computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment Ability to type 35 words per minute or more Bilingual skills in Spanish and / or French is a plus
