As a Go Developer at Cloudtalk, you will join an Engineering team of 50+ people and work in teams consisting of Backend and Frontend developers, QA engineers, Product Manager and Engineering Manager. We operate in a Scrum environment where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain scalable web applications using Go.

What you will work on :

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Go (Golang) for AI voice and analytics workloads.
• Design and implement microservices, event-driven architectures, and scalable APIs (REST, gRPC).
• Build systems handling real-time audio data, streaming pipelines, and AI integrations (speech-to-text, summarization, sentiment).
• Work with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and message brokers like Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Deploy and monitor production systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines on AWS / GCP.
• Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to build reliable, high-throughput backend services.
• Ensure observability, scalability, and fault tolerance across distributed systems.
