Sales, Use And Withholding Taxes

This position serves as the front-line supervisor of Treasury Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities of this position include :

• Overseeing daily activities of your staff
• Identifying and coordinating training needs for staff
• Setting work priorities
• Monitoring phones / staffing needs
• Encouraging employee ideas
