We’re looking for a high-energy, reliable Call Center Representative to join our winning team in the Memphis, TN area.

What You’ll Do :

Make outbound calls to homeowners to set qualified appointments for free in-home consultations

Deliver and adapt a provided script to suit homeowner needs

Handle questions and objections with professionalism

Collect and input accurate customer information (name, address, contact details)

Confirm appointments with sales reps and canvassers

Receive inbound calls from advertising campaigns and respond accordingly

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads

Perform quality control calls to ensure appointment satisfaction

Update lead and appointment information in CRM and reports

What You Bring :

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred

Ability to follow scripts while adjusting to individual customer needs

Basic computer proficiency

Detail-oriented and organized

Must be willing to be trained and coached
