  • Compensation : $27.72-$39.60 / hr DOE
  • Differentials : Specialty $2.50 / hr
  • Nights $3 / hr
  • Weekends $2 / hr
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 Days
  • $15,000 Nights
  • Relocation : Available case by case

Overview

Serve a Cardiac Surgery ICU near Quincy, FL supporting complex post-op cardiovascular patients. Culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-reliability critical care for post-cardiac surgery patients
  • Monitor rhythms and hemodynamics; escalate changes promptly
  • Coordinate with surgery, anesthesia, pharmacy, and therapy teams
  • Provide bedside education and discharge readiness support
  • Ensure compliance with unit policies, quality metrics, and safety goals

    • Qualifications

    Required

  • Current RN license (FL or Compact)
  • 1+ years ICU or PCU experience in acute care
  • BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire
  • NIHSS within 30 days

    • Preferred

  • BSN; CCRN (or obtain within 2 years)
  • Recent CV / critical care background
