This position involves working closely with commercial paint customers to assess their needs, provide expert answers about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. As a Wholesale Product Specialist, your goal will be to promptly resolve any customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction while staying updated on product features and maintaining high quality and visual standards.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #4378, located at : 2135 E. Jones Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85040.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.Build trustful relationships with wholesale customers.Process sales transactions accurately and in line with company policies.Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Maintain precise work order files and product formulas.Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.Tint and mix products to customer specifications.Stock shelves and set up displays.Clean store equipment and maintain order.Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed.Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.Stay knowledgeable about products and available options.Adhere to inventory control procedures.Suggest improvements for sales initiatives.Minimum Requirements :
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.Must be able to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.Preferred Qualifications :
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.High School diploma or GED.One (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.Previous experience selling paint and related products.Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
