Foremost at Sharon is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a Per-Diem basis for the abobe position . As an RN or LPN with Foremost at Sharon, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and assistance to residents and their families
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
