job_description.job_card.job_descriptionArchitect complex integrations using REST APIs Connect APIs and middleware tools Define API security authentication flows and data governance policies Ensure high availability scalability and performance across integrated systems Oversee implementation of Salesforce Enhanced CMS features including workspaces channels collections and taxonomy Define workflows approval processes and governance for enterprise content management Lead migration from legacy CMS platforms to Salesforce Enhanced CMS Conduct architecture reviews code audits and performance optimization Ensure compliance with security accessibility and regulatory standards Provide technical leadership during design sprints solution workshops and client presentations Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and business leaders Mentor architects and development teams on advanced Salesforce capabilities Drive innovation and thought leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem Extensive experience as a Technical Architect in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce projects Proven track record in enterprise-scale architecture and governance Expertise in Enhanced CMS content authoring taxonomy workflows and governance Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage complex multi-cloud implementations and migrations Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Builder and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Deep knowledge of REST APIs Connect APIs and integration frameworks Strong understanding of Salesforce data models automation tools (Flows Process Builder) and Apex programming Expertise in CMS migrations and multi-channel content strategies Familiarity with enterprise integration tools (MuleSoft Dell Boomi etc.) Performance tuning and security best practices for large-scale deployments
The Salesforce Technical Architect will serve as the strategic technology leader for large-scale Salesforce implementations across Experience Cloud Enhanced CMS and Commerce solutions. This role requires deep architectural expertise enterprise governance and leadership in designing secure scalable and integrated solutions. The architect will guide technical teams advise stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives while driving innovation and best practices.
