Inpatient Hospice RN - Days or Nights

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Inpatient Hospice RN to fill an opening with a prestigious Hospice organization in Tennessee . Location – Nashville

Daily Responsibilities for Inpatient Hospice RN :

• This Inpatient RN will provide nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process and current standards of practice.

Works with the IDT, patient, and family to create and implement a hospice care plan.

Schedule : 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm or 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am

Required Qualifications for Inpatient Hospice RN :

1+ year of experience in hospice, oncology, home health, ER, ICU, Med / Surg, LTC, and / or acute care

Benefits for Inpatient Hospice RN :

Annual merit increases - up to 3% based on performance

Pay Details : $31.79 - $36.94 / hr + Shift Differentials
