Qualified Behavioral Health Practitioner (QBHP) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst_Berkley, MI

Kona Medical Consulting is currently looking for a Qualified Behavioral Health Practitioner (QBHP) which will be under the Hispanic Autism Services of Michigan in Pontiac, Michigan. This is a center-based ABA Therapy Facility ( No in-home or community-based services required).

Below is the job specifications :

Job Functions :

• Maintain a caseload of 2-4 clients (FT) or 5-10 clients (PT) at the center.
• Conduct 6-month assessment write-ups within 5 days and submit them for supervisor approval.
• Manage scheduling, data review, and treatment adjustments within the center- based setting.
• Implement and oversee programming, ensuring meaningful progress.
• Conduct parent training, assessments, and case collaboration with other professionals.
• Provide 10% supervision per caseload, ensuring quality treatment and skill development for RBTs.
• Attend weekly supervision meetings with a certified BCBA to review progress and case concerns.

Receive monthly direct supervision in key areas :

Qualifications :

ABA Knowledge : Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, including :

Assessment Knowledge (Preferred) : Experience conducting or assisting with :
