Raba Kistner is seeking a detailed-oriented, dependable Training Coordinator to join our Construction Materials Testing team in Austin, TX. T The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering technical, safety, and procedural training for field personnel in materials testing and inspection. Ensures compliance with industry standards and certification requirements, maintains training records, and supports field operations through hands-on instruction and equipment coordination. This role requires strong communication, field presence, and adherence to safety protocols. Other responsibilities include :
Practical, technical, and safety aspects of soils, concrete, and HMA testing, observation, and inspection.
Qualifications
Ability to read and understand instructions, labels, reports, etc. Good oral and written communications skills and ability to work in teams at different levels within the organization. Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Vision requirements are Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision. The noise level for this position is loud.
Position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs. Work responsibilities require out-of-town travel to Raba Kistner offices, client offices and project locations.
