Corporate Development Associate

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and implementing capital optimization strategies, including external reinsurance and internal solutions

Analyze and review pricing models for proposed reinsurance transactions

Lead the preparation of internal presentations and collaborate with various business units during strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

5-8 years of work-related experience, specifically in the Life & Annuity industry

Knowledge of U.S. Stat, GAAP, and familiarity with global solvency regimes preferred

Completion or active pursuit of professional designations such as ASA, CPA, or CFA

Interest in gaining a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of insurance, including reserving and accounting
