Dermatologist needed due to growth in practice. Well-established private Multi-Specialty Group; employed with salary, shifting into productivity with shareholder status.

Job Description :

Compensation : $300000 - $450000 Job ID : 27463

Job Function :

• Incoming to work out 1 practice location.
• Looking for general medical dermatology.
• Group doesn't have laser nor do much cosmetic but willing to get equipment.
• Volume is high and each provider is seeing 20-25 patients a day.
• M-F mostly but if someone wants to do 4-10s they can.
• Call is 1 : 3 and limited call. Rarely called.
• Great payor mix - mostly commercial or insured by university and local private schools.
• Value based medicine and there are potential quality bonuses.
