Qualifications :

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Connecticut
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
