Part-Time Accounts Payable / Office Assistant

Location : Walnut Creek, CA

Pay : $22 / hour | 20 hours per week

Eco Performance Builders is a locally owned home performance and electrification contracting company. We specialize in improving the comfort, efficiency, and air quality of homes through high-performance HVAC systems, insulation, and full-home electrification upgrades. Our small, skilled team takes pride in quality work and exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join us as a Part-Time Accounts Payable / Office Assistant . No experience necessary —we will train the right person.

Responsibilities :

  • Process and track vendor invoices
  • Match purchase orders to invoices
  • Assist with filing and organizing paperwork
  • Provide general office support to the team

Requirements :

  • Ability to work in our Walnut Creek office (not remote)
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry)
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and dependability
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is a plus—but we’re happy to train you
  • Schedule :

  • 20 hours per week, flexible weekday hours
